BVT USA funds acquires apartment development project River´s Edge 3 near Boston

Munich, Germany (https://www.bvt.de – June 03, 2026) – The BVT Group (BVT), Munich, announced the acquisition of the 224-unit Class A apartment development “River´s Edge 3” in Medford, Massachusetts.

"River´s Edge 3" in Medford, Massachusetts, comprises 224 high-quality rental apartments in a six-story building complex featuring modern wood-frame construction on a podium. The planned total investment volume amounts to approximately $107 million. The investment is being made on behalf of the BVT Residential USA funds. The total leasable area is approximately 189,413 sq ft and is complemented by 180 parking spaces. Extensive amenities are planned, including a swimming pool, fitness center, dog spa, as well as co-working and lounge areas. The design is by the internationally renowned architectural firm Gensler. RE3 is conceived as one of the first passive house projects in Massachusetts.
