Tibor von Wiedebach und Nostitz-Jänkendorf is the managing partner of BVT Holding GmbH & Co. KG, which is headquartered in Munich. He ist also the President and CEO of BVT National Partners, Inc., which is headquartered in Atlanta. 

He has over 30 years' experience working with BVT Group of Companies and has professional experience in various areas of global real asset investments.

The BVT Group is an independent asset manager specialising in international real asset investments and has been active in the US real estate sector since 1976. To date, BVT has achieved a total investment volume of approximately 9.5 billion euros, of which over 3.8 billion U.S. dollars has been invested in US real estate. Since 2004, BVT has focused on rental residential real estate in the US and, as part of its Residential USA fund series, has launched 23 investment companies to date. These have completed or are currently developing 35 Class A apartment complexes with a total of nearly 10,800 units in total.

Prior to joining BVT, Mr von Wiedebach-Nostitz served in the First Mountaineer Battalion in the German Army and in a private wealth family office in Munich. 

He holds a Master's degree in International Business and Administration from EBS, European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
 

As Chief Operating Officer, Michael Sauer directs the property operations and asset management in the U.S. Prior to joining BVT, he spent 12 years with the Milestone Apartment REIT (MST.UN) and The Milestone Group in Dallas, TX as head of Operations and Construction Management. 

With more than 20 years of experience in multifamily real estate, Mr. Sauer has overseen operations for more than 20,000 apartment units, managed over $50 million in value-add capital improvement projects, and directed the development of more than 5,000 multifamily units.

Mr. Sauer holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Master of Science Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) through the U.S. Green Building Council and holds a Certificate in Specialty Construction from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Adam Zuckerman is Senior Vice President. He is responsible for cultivating new developer relationships and evaluating multifamily joint venture equity opportunities for the platform. 

Mr. Zuckerman joined BVT with a 19-year career in real estate, having led and contributed to $1.6 billion in total transaction volume, including the acquisition and development of more than 3,800 multifamily units. He brings a blend of institutional and owner's perspective to the firm, having navigated the full investment lifecycle from visioning and entitlements through construction and operations, with national platform Wood Partners as well as regional groups Atlantic Residential and Stein Investment Group. 

He graduated from the University of Georgia-Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance.

Maxwell King is Associate Director in the firm’s Boston office. He originates and underwrites new development opportunities and shapes the fund's core investment thesis and market research. During his tenure, Maxwell has transacted on more than 4,600 Class-A multifamily units representing $2 billion in asset value.

Prior to joining BVT, Mr. King worked at a full-service real estate firm in New York, on both the Transactions and Development Services teams, doing brokerage and consulting work. 

He holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a BS in Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Vermont.

Jake Brownley is an Analyst on the U.S. Real Estate Investment and Asset Management team at BVT, where he evaluates and underwrites potential investments through financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution support. He also supports portfolio management, assessing key performance indicators such as leasing performance, budget variance, and sale scenarios while working closely with developers and property management teams to drive asset performance.

Since joining BVT in July 2025, Mr. Brownley has underwritten $12 billion in deal volume and has contributed to both acquisitions and dispositions across the portfolio.

Prior to joining BVT, Mr. Brownley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University, where he was a member of the varsity men's lacrosse team.

Ryan Reid functions as Tax Manager and has been with BVT for almost 30 years. He oversees tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for a diverse client base, drawing on decades of experience to provide practical solutions and trusted guidance.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reid served in the U.S. Army. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Kelly McGough oversees cash management and financial reporting for BVT's Atlanta and Boston offices. As Senior Accountant, she handles the asset management and fund accounting transactions with the firms JV Partners and maintains the annual reconciliation for all U.S. entities.

With 13 years of experience in corporate and property accounting for the real estate industry, Mrs. McGough brings extensive expertise in financial management and reporting. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Pre-Law from Georgia Southern University.

As Managing Director of BVT Holding Verwaltungs GmbH, Martin Stoß is responsible for BVT’s U.S. real estate division in Munich. Mr. Stoß has more than 20 years of experience in structuring closed-end real estate funds under German and Luxembourg law, as well as serving as a portfolio manager in the international real estate sector with investments in Australia, Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

Prior to joining BVT, Mr. Stoß worked for PGIM Real Estate in Germany and Luxembourg as executive director. He served in the first mountaineer battalion in the German Army with the rank of Captain.

Martin Stoß holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.

As Portfolio Manager, Alexander Brecht is responsible for overseeing investment portfolios, developing and implementing investment strategies, conducting market and financial analysis, as well as identifying attractive investment opportunities. He has been working for BVT for the past five years.

Prior to joining BVT, Mr. Brecht worked for a large real estate investment firm as Asset Manager.

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Master of Science in Business Administration (Construction and Real Estate) from the University of Biberach.

Philipp Graf has been a Fund manager at BVT for more than six years. His responsibilities include syndication, fund conception and overall coordination and optimization of the individual fund strategies. 

Prior to joining BVT, he worked in Investment Management for international clients looking to invest in Germany.

He graduated from the University of Regensburg with Master of Science in Real Estate as well as a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

As Head of the U.S. Tax Division, Tanja Frye leads the firm's U.S. tax practice, overseeing its strategic direction, operational leadership, and cross-border tax services. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service, optimizing international workflows, and advancing digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. 

Prior to joining BVT, she spent almost 30 years at Ralph Lauren, where she held various roles, most recently serving as Key Account Manager, Sales Operations E-Commerce.
