Property Management
Our property management team performs all tasks involved in property management
and leasing, including the ongoing maintenance of efficient operating cost levels.
We promote open lines of communication with the tenants of each property in an effort
to resolve any concerns in a timely manner. Through regular property visits, BVT
is able to monitor developments in the neighborhood of each property and quickly
react to ensure property condition and value.
BVT implements state of the art accounting and financial systems which support efficient,
detailed reporting for each property, and modern calculation software which assists
in the analysis of performance and cash flow projections. On a quarterly basis,
BVT prepares complete and up-to-date reporting packages regarding the operations,
developments and budgeting of each investment property for our clients. For clients
who prefer a more “hands-on” approach, BVT can provide secured online access to
the accounting software of each client’s portfolio.
