US Retail Income Fund ("RIF") Series
BVT created the US Retail Income Fund Series to acquire grocery-anchored neighborhood
shopping centers in markets with strong demographics and potential for growth. Through
the RIF program, BVT has purchased over $350 million of retail properties in the
US. The RIF program was established in 1994, and to date eight funds have been offered
and fully subscribed.
