BVT | U.S. Real Estate Investment programs

Retail Income Fund (RIF) Series:
BVT, along with a German institutional partner created eight (8) close-end funds that acquired 40 grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers in Southeastern primary markets and TX. The entire portfolio encompassed approximately 3.0 million square feet and $220 million of limited partner equity. BVT acted as acquisition, asset management, and property manager.

BVT Residential USA Series:
BVT actively originates and structures multifamily joint-venture developments with institutional and other developers. As of December 2014, BVT has funded over 4.500 units representing $112 million of total development costs and $120 million of limited partner equity. Locations include Boston, Washington D.C., Austin, Dallas, Houston, Raleigh, Denver, Phoenix and Las Vegas. 

BVT Capital Partners Funds:
The BVT Capital Partners Funds teams up with local and regional property developers, providing equity capital to develop retail, mixed-use and other commercial properties. To date, these projects total more than 4.25 million square feet of space with an investment volume of over $568 million.
