M. Scott Weaver

Mr. Weaver is the Chief Financial Officer of BVT Equity Holdings, Inc. and is responsible
for leading the US financial management organization of BVT and its affiliated companies.
Mr. Weaver also serves as President of International Investor Services, Inc., which
is responsible for the tax preparation and reporting for numerous real estate partnerships,
foreign corporations, and approximately 20,000 non-resident alien, as well as annual
distributions for nearly 15,000 investors. Mr. Weaver is a Certified Public Accountant
and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
He has held memberships in several professional organizations, including Tax Executives
Institute, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Georgia Society
of Certified Public Accountants.

Scott Farber
Vice President of Management Services |

Mr. Farber joined BVT in 2009 as Vice President of BVT Management Services, Inc. He is responsible for directing BVT’s in-house property management and leasing team as well as several third-party leasing groups for the Retail Income Fund. Additionally Mr. Farber will play a role in acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing efforts, as well as seeking new business opportunities for BVT Management Services. Prior to joining BVT, he held senior positions at Lincoln Property Company, Parthenon Realty, and Crocker Realty Trust where he directed or supported efforts in asset management, property management, leasing, acquisition and disposition involving office, industrial and retail real estate properties in excess of $1.5 billion in value. Mr. Farber is a Georgia licensed real estate broker and has held memberships in numerous organizations including BOMA, NAIOP, ICSC and the Georgia Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Farber has a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University with a concentration in Marketing and Management.

Michael Sauer
Senior Vice President of Development |

Mr. Sauer is the Senior Vice President of BVT Real Estate Development. Since joining
the company in 2001, Mr. Sauer has been responsible for the identification and evaluation
of development opportunities, structuring and executing transactions and managing
the development of various projects. He was previously the head of a private banking
team with HypoVereinsbank (HVB Group) where he coordinated the syndication of US
Real Estate investment funds. He is a member of ICSC, ULI and AFIRE. Mr. Sauer graduated
from the University of Wuppertal, Germany, with a Master of Business and from Georgia State University with a Master of Science in Real Estate. .

Karla James
Vice President & Corporate Controller |

Ms. James joined BVT in 1997 as Accounting Manager and was promoted to Vice President
and Corporate Controller of BVT Equity Holdings in 2004. She is a Certified Public
Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University
and a Georgia Real Estate License. Ms. James has over 14 years of accounting experience
including working as an auditor for a CPA firm.

Chad J. Bozza
Vice President of Investments |

|

Mr. Bozza joined BVT Equity Holdings, Inc. in 2006 as Vice President of Investments.
He is responsible for the origination of investment opportunities and structuring
and executing joint venture development transactions. Mr. Bozza previously held
positions with Prudential Financial, ICAP Realty Advisors and Arthur Andersen, closing
over $1.1 billion in transactions in the last five years. He graduated magna cum laude
with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
