BVT Shines with two SCOPE Awards
BVT, the entrepreneurial group, was honored with two prizes from the 2006 Scope Investment Awards. The rating agency Scope has honored the outstanding achievements of BVT in two
segments of the closed real estate funds industry. BVT won the awards in the categories of International Real Estate and Private Equity, following the 2005 award
for Innovation.
Best in the category of International Closed-end Real Estate Funds: For 30 years, BVT has been successfully offering US investments in the German market.

Falls Village Townhomes Wins "Special Feature" Award
Falls Village Townhomes, a luxury development in North Raleigh, has just been presented a "Special Feature" award for Kitchen design, quality of construction and use of materials by the Parade of Homes judges.
